Operation Pegasus Jump is more than just a skydiving event, it’s a powerful gathering of veterans, active service members, and first responders, coming together through the shared love of flight and the pursuit of healing. Founded by veterans, for veterans, Operation Pegasus Jump was created to raise awareness for PTSD and other mental health challenges faced by those in high-demand and high-stress occupations.
This event is a tribute to service, resilience, and connection. It brings together a community of people who’ve lived through intense experiences and gives them a chance to reconnect with a sense of purpose and adventure, on their terms. Through skydiving, camaraderie, and time spent in a supportive and uplifting environment, participants are given space to open up, heal, and rediscover the freedom that comes with stepping out of the ordinary.
While Operation Pegasus is its own independent foundation, we’re incredibly proud to host their annual event here at Campbell River Skydive Centre. With a large portion of our team made up of veterans and military personnel, it’s an honor to share our skies with a cause so close to our hearts.
Whether you’re watching from the ground or flying alongside, this event is a reminder of the strength in community and the freedom found at 10,000 feet.
